The populated printed circuit board is the most important component of an electronic device. Proper design and quality control testing procedures are essential for transitioning concepts to market. Our designers have a track record for bringing concepts to market. In addition to flushing out your circuit design, we will test circuit design components prior to generating a final CAD layout of the board using Altium™. CTM will procure and populate the PCB boards using in-house APS Novastar™ manufacturing equipment. The manufacturing line equipment includes a solder stencil machine, an automated pick-and-place machine and a reflow oven.  Through-hole components are soldered by hand. CTM will system integrate the board within an enclosure, design front and back panel decals, and provide detailed testing procedures and test data. When required, CTM will suggest design changes and elucidate design weak points. Finally, CTM can provide light manufacturing of your new product line and participate in processing end-user feedback information. We have an experienced design and procurement team that will get you the lowest cost-of-goods for your products. We will bring your concept to market efficiently and cost effectively. A strong point of CTM is our documentation. You will be provided with sufficient documentation to move forward with your sales and marketing plan independently of CTM.
